His Holiness Sakya Trizin will arrive on Monday, June 23rd, accompanied by his eldest daughter, Jetsunma Kunga Trinley Palter, and a their entourage. We will confirm the exact arrival time closer to the date, and we would be delighted if you could join us in welcoming Rinpoche at the airport.
On Tuesday, Rinpoche will bless the site of the future center in Tachov near Doksy.

We kindly ask you to contribute towards the costs associated with organizing the event. The recommended minimum contribution is CZK 1250 / 50 euro per adult (children are admitted free of charge).
All contributions will be used exclusively to cover the expenses related to the visit of His Holiness and his entourage.

Offerings for Rinpoche
At the conclusion of the empowerment, it is customary to offer a financial donation to Rinpoche as a gesture of gratitude. The donation is typically presented in an envelope, accompanied by a "katha" (ceremonial shawl). Kathas will be available on-site.
You can also send gifts to Rinpoche or his entourage to our bank account or PayPal, and we will forward them. Please write the purpose of the payment in the notes.

How to get there
We recommend using public transport.
The nearest tram stop is „Vodičkova“.
It is also possible to travel by metro (line A and B) and get off at station Můstek.
You can use a planner to plan a trip. Tickets can be purchased at vending machines, at some newsagents or via SMS.
Transport from Václav Havel Airport
For transport from/to Václav Havel Airport, you can use bus lines that are connected to the metro.
If you go directly from the airport to the venue, we recommend taking bus no. 119 and then changing to metro A. See the planner for more information.
Taxi services such as Bolt and Uber also work very well in Prague. However, you need to download their application to your mobile phone.

→ Everyone interested in the topic is warmly welcome to attend the public talk. However, the empowerment is intended for practicing Buddhists or those who wish to become Buddhists, as it includes taking the Refuge Vow.

→ No, this event will take place in person only.
♦ If I only attend part of the program, does that reduce the contribution amount?
→ Due to high organizational costs, we kindly ask everyone to contribute at least the recommended minimum. We understand that some people are facing serious financial challenges, and we don’t want that to be a barrier to participation. → No, registration is only available online through this page or the registration form, and must be completed by Sunday, June 22, 2025. Your registration is valid once your contribution has been received via bank transfer or PayPal.
♦ Is food or accommodation included in the contribution?
→ No, registration does not include meals or accommodation. However, there are many restaurants of various types and price ranges in the area. You can arrange accommodation through platforms like www.booking.com or www.airbnb.cz.
♦ When should I arrive?
→ Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the event starts.
