The minimum recommended contribution is 1 000 CZK per adult (children enter free).
The funds from contributions will be used to cover the costs associated with organising the teaching and the visit of Rinpoche and his entourage.

Offerings for Rinpoche
At the end of the teaching, it is traditional to offer a financial gift to Rinpoche as a token of gratitude, usually presented in an envelope with a "katha" (scarf). Kathas will be available for purchase on site.
Offerings for Rinpoche or his entourage can also be sent to our bank account or via PayPal and we will pass them on. Please state the purpose of the payment in the reference field.
Practical Information
Accommodation
Sloup v Čechách is a tourist destination, so there is a wide range of accommodation options at different prices. Tips can be found on the Municipal Office website. Further accommodation in Sloup and the surrounding area can be found on www.booking.com, on www.airbnb.cz or on www.e-chalupy.cz.
If you can, stay in Sloup a little longer – it's a beautiful place 🙂

Food
In Sloup v Čechách there is a well-stocked self-service grocery store open every day.
For lunch you can visit the Lesní bistro pod Stráží (outdoor seating only), a restaurant with a beautiful view Na Stráži at the lookout tower, Restaurace U Studničků, Dřevěnka near the pond (outdoor seating only), or the restaurant U maminky. You can also order local burgers. There are also many restaurants in Nový Bor; in the nearby area we would recommend for example the Ajeto Glassmakers' Tavern in Lindava or the Cvikov Brewery.
For coffee and something sweet in Sloup, you can visit Mňau Café or the Sloupská terasa café and ice cream parlour.
Parking
In Sloup v Čechách it is possible to park for free at the car park by the pond on Radvanecká street or at the paid car park by the Rock Castle. There are a few parking spaces by the cemetery and on Saturdays also by the school. Parking elsewhere in Sloup is more difficult due to the narrow streets. Unfortunately, we only have a few parking spaces at the house.

♦ Is the organisational contribution too high for you?
→ We are aware of the financial difficulties some of us face and do not want them to be a barrier to participation. The contribution amount is not fixed – any help is welcome. Thank you very much!
♦ Does the contribution include meals or accommodation?
→ Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange meals or accommodation for you – please organise these individually. The contribution covers only the organisation of the event and the costs associated with Rinpoche's visit and his entourage. Light refreshments will be available on site.
♦ How early should I arrive?
→ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start.
♦ Will a private meeting with Rinpoche be possible?
→ If you would like to speak with Rinpoche privately, please let us know in the registration form or write to us at info@siddhartha.cz. We will do our best to arrange it.
♦ Are the teaching times fixed?
→ The exact times for Saturday will be confirmed later. In general, it is always good to allow for the possibility that the teaching may run a little over time.
